Step-by-step instructions
School officePrepare the school and instructor access
Before you start
You need an owner or office account in the correct school and the instructor’s details.
What to do
- Sign in to the school panel and check the organisation name.
- Check school details in Settings. Open Instructors and search for the person before adding anyone.
- Enter the instructor’s real details, email, qualifications and document expiry dates.
- In account management, check existing access or issue an invitation. Share it only with that instructor.
Check the result
The instructor record and sign-in account refer to the same person. After accepting the invitation, the instructor can access the correct school.
Important: An active instructor record does not mean an active sign-in account. Do not create a duplicate to bypass an access problem.
Full instructions in EnglishSchool officeAdd a student together with a course
Before you start
Prepare the student’s real details and agreed course settings. PKK is not required for a preliminary enrollment.
What to do
- Search the student records first to avoid duplicates.
- Open the form for adding a student and course. Enter contact details. If PKK is already known, enter it; otherwise leave it blank.
- Choose the category, confirmed theory path and required practical hours. Enter the agreed course price.
- Save the form. Without PKK the course is a preliminary LEAD: payments and account/material access are available, but driving cannot be scheduled. Once PKK is received, open the student record and formalize the course.
Check the result
After refreshing, one correct student and course remain saved. A course without PKK stays preliminary until formalization.
Important: Do not guess the PKK number or theory status, and never enter a fake PKK. Enter hours, not minutes, in the hours field.
Full instructions in EnglishSchool officeSchedule a lesson and check the time
Before you start
The student, course, instructor and vehicle must already exist. Check instructor availability.
What to do
- Open the schedule and start creating a specific lesson.
- Choose the correct student and course, instructor and vehicle.
- Enter the date, time, duration and pickup location. Check availability of everyone involved and the vehicle.
- Save the lesson. Refresh and compare its details in the office, instructor and student views.
Check the result
Every authorised participant sees the same time, instructor, vehicle and pickup location.
Important: Do not bypass a scheduling conflict. Planned duration is not proof that a lesson took place.
Full instructions in EnglishInstructorStart and finish your own lesson
Before you start
Sign in with your instructor account. The lesson must be assigned to you.
What to do
- Open your schedule and check the student, vehicle, time and pickup location.
- Use the start action when the lesson actually begins.
- After the lesson, finish it and record the tasks covered and a factual note.
- Refresh and check completion, actual duration and the saved note.
Check the result
The completed lesson remains in the history with its actual record and note.
Important: Do not treat planned duration as completed time. If an action is not confirmed, refresh the state before repeating it.
Full instructions in EnglishInstructorCheck previous lessons and notes
Before you start
You need permission to access the correct student and course.
What to do
- Select the correct student in the instructor panel.
- Check the school and course, especially if the student has several enrolments.
- Open the available training history. Read the tasks covered and notes from earlier lessons.
- After your own lesson, add a factual note so the next authorised instructor can continue the training.
Check the result
The history belongs to the correct course and retains information from earlier lessons.
Important: Missing data does not mean a task was completed. Do not copy internal notes into public messages.
Full instructions in EnglishInstructorCancel or change a lesson as an instructor
Before you start
Check school rules and the actions available to your account for your own lesson.
What to do
- Open the correct lesson and confirm the student and time.
- If cancellation is available, read its consequences and provide the real reason.
- Confirm only the intended change. Contact the office if you need another time and no rescheduling action is available.
- Refresh the schedule and check the saved status. Agree with the office how the student will be informed.
Check the result
The refreshed state confirms the cancellation or change; you do not rely only on a temporary message.
Important: Do not use a no-show action instead of cancellation. Do not assume you can create or reschedule lessons without permission.
Full instructions in EnglishStudentFind and book your own lesson
Before you start
Sign in to your own account linked to your school’s student record.
What to do
- Check the selected school and course. If the account is not linked, ask the office for the correct invitation.
- Open available booking times and choose the right time, instructor and vehicle.
- Read the rules and submit the booking. If office approval is required, wait for its decision.
- Refresh your bookings and check the status, date, vehicle and pickup location.
Check the result
A confirmed booking is still visible after refreshing. A pending request is not yet a confirmed lesson.
Important: If the outcome is uncertain, check the existing booking before creating another one.
Full instructions in EnglishStudentRate a completed lesson and add a comment
Before you start
The lesson must be yours, completed and eligible for rating under school settings.
What to do
- Open your lesson history and choose a completed lesson.
- Use the available rating action and select a score from 1 to 5.
- Optionally add a factual comment of up to 1,000 characters and save.
- Refresh or reopen the lesson and check the saved rating.
Check the result
The rating belongs to the selected lesson and remains saved after refreshing.
Important: Do not include other people’s personal information. A lesson rating is not a technical support ticket.
Full instructions in EnglishStudentCheck lesson reminders
Before you start
Use the correct account and an up-to-date app. Reminder timing depends on school configuration.
What to do
- Check the current lesson time in the app or student portal.
- Check app notification settings and notification permission in your phone settings.
- Check your account email address and spam folder. Push and email are separate channels.
- If a reminder is missing, tell the school the lesson time, platform and observed problem without sharing secrets.
Check the result
You know the current time and notification settings. A missing notification does not remove the lesson from the schedule.
Important: Do not assume a reminder exactly one hour before a lesson until the school confirms that configuration. Sending alone does not prove delivery.
Full instructions in EnglishQuestions and answers
School officeThe instructor is listed but cannot sign in. Why?
Check the linked account, email address and invitation status. Replace an expired invitation through the office panel instead of adding a second instructor.
School officeSaving was not confirmed. Should I add the student again?
Refresh the records and search for the person first. A lost response does not prove that saving failed; repeating without checking may create a duplicate.
School officeI changed a lesson time. Should the old reminder still arrive?
A reminder should refer to the current time. Check the saved lesson after refreshing; report a reminder for the old time as a technical issue.
InstructorCan I use the instructor panel on a phone?
The instructor panel works in a phone browser. Use your own account; office access is not needed for your schedule and lesson delivery.
InstructorWhy can I not see another student’s history?
Visibility depends on school assignments and permissions. Ask the office to check access; do not use someone else’s account.
InstructorDoes sending a notification mean the student read it?
No. Queued, sent, delivered and read are different states. A sending confirmation is not proof of reading.
StudentWhy are no booking times available?
Check the school and course. The school may not have published matching times; contact the office instead of creating another account.
StudentThe rating button is missing. What should I check?
Check the selected course, whether the lesson is completed and whether ratings are enabled by the school. Do not use another person’s account.
StudentDo these instructions include SMS or guaranteed notifications?
No. This scope covers push and email, with SMS disabled. Phone settings, connectivity and school configuration affect receipt; always check the time in your schedule.
