An assigned lesson you are actually delivering. Record start and finish during the lesson, not as a test on a real student record.
Follow these steps
Verify the correct lesson
Before starting, compare student and time. Select Start on that lesson and wait for the saved In progress state.
Finish after the lesson
After the real lesson ends, open Finish lesson for the active lesson. Verify the student and recorded start time.
Enter actual minutes
In Actual training time — minutes enter only real training time. If 120 minutes were planned but 90 were delivered, enter 90, not 120.
Select tasks and add a note
Under Tasks actually completed select the exercises performed. In Note for the next instructor record what was practised and what should be revisited.
Submit and verify
Select Finish lesson. Check Recently completed and credited time. After refresh the completion and note should remain saved.
What to enter and what it means
- Actual training time — minutes
- Number of minutes of real practice. Planned time is displayed separately.
- Tasks actually completed
- Select tasks that were performed; required data must be present before completion can be submitted.
- Note for the next instructor
- A concise training note, for example Parallel parking practised. Next lesson: repeat observation before changing lanes.
How to verify it worked
The lesson is completed with actual time and selected tasks. Credited training does not follow merely from a calendar entry.
If start is missing or actual time is wrong, contact the office about correction. Do not create another lesson after the fact.
Do not add minutes beyond the time actually available between start and finish. A save error is not a reason to invent time.
