Current permission to view this student's data. Not every instructor can access every student record.
Follow these steps
Select the correct student
Open Student training journal and verify whose history you are reading. If several courses exist, compare the course as well.
Read earlier entries
Review date, author, recorded exercises, time and note. No additional note does not mean the lesson did not happen.
Check data gaps
An entry showing missing time or exercise scope requires correction by an authorised person. Do not interpret undetermined progress as zero hours.
Add a note after your lesson
In the completion form use Note for the next instructor. Record what was practised, what needs repetition and the suggested next step.
Verify the save
Return to history and check the newest entry. If the instructor changes, the office must also update the assignment; a note itself does not grant access.
What to enter and what it means
- Example of a useful note
- Hill start completed independently. Repeat perpendicular parking and pedestrian observation when turning.
- Do not include
- Passwords, sign-in data, full PKK, personal judgements or information unrelated to training.
How to verify it worked
The next authorised instructor receives a concrete training handover instead of a generic lesson OK.
Do not edit another instructor's history by deleting lessons. Report an incorrect entry with its date and required correction.
Practice history is not the same as a complete official electronic training card with signatures.
