Category B courses, instructor availability, and verified eligible vehicles/instructors for each course. The planner configuration must be available.
Follow these steps
Set the first day
Choose a start date in Schedule, then open Planning assistant.
Prepare the course
For the course select Availability and resources. Add student availability windows, allowed instructors and vehicles, lesson duration, minutes to plan and pickup location. Confirm the data.
Select courses and generate
Select prepared courses. Choose Propose day or Propose 7 days. Proposals are a draft: they do not reserve slots and do not send notifications.
Review the draft
Check every date, instructor, vehicle and meeting point. Deselect unsuitable items. Read Remaining to schedule; not everything has to fit.
Approve deliberately
Tick the verification confirmation, then select Approve and save … lessons. Refresh the day and verify the saved lessons.
What to enter and what it means
- Minutes to schedule
- The part of the training you want to plan now, not automatically the whole course.
- Allowed instructors and vehicles
- The office confirms transmission, language and exam-location compatibility. The assistant does not guess these arrangements.
- Draft validity
- Read the expiry time on screen. After expiry, generate a new draft.
How to verify it worked
Lessons become saved only after approval. Dashed proposal cards are not bookings.
If buttons are disabled, check course planning data and planner read state. Report a read error instead of assuming there are no courses.
After changing preferences, generate a new draft. The assistant does not automatically give VIP courses special priority.
